As many situps (strict, hands beside the ears, anchored feet) as possible without stopping

and 1.6 kms in 7.30 or less

In 15 minutes:

– group does 10 team push-ups at the start of each minute

– for remainder of the minute 2 members perform 10m shuttle runs, while 3rd member rests. Each 10m run counts as 1 point. No one rests 2 rounds in a row.

Scores give us best individual total and best team total.
