Team Beltfed:

This is the last month for me in the Army and i will be handing over Beltfed’s reigns to the team members who have dedicated themselves to our combat fitness cause.  2LT King will begin programming and leading our classes starting this month and will continue to post all WODs on the website.  I am off to the Yukon for civilian business for most of June, but hope to work out with you for the last week of the month.

 

Thanks so much for your dedication to Beltfed Crossfit and putting your trust in me over the past couple years.  I has been an honour to train with you and one of the biggest things i will miss about the Army will be my noon hour WODs.  I wish you all the best in the future!
